Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlueBeans, a B2B marketplace operated by BlueBeans Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("BlueBeans", "we", "us") that connects F&B outlet operators ("Buyers") with kitchen equipment, fit-out, packaging, technology, and cleaning-supply vendors ("Vendors") across India. By creating an account, posting a request for quote ("RFQ"), or subscribing as a Vendor, you agree to these Terms.

BlueBeans is a facilitator that connects Buyers and Vendors and helps qualified RFQs reach relevant Vendors. BlueBeans is not a party to any transaction, contract, sale, delivery, or service agreement that results from a connection made on the platform, and does not manufacture, sell, inspect, or guarantee any product or service listed, quoted, or delivered through it. Buyers and Vendors are solely responsible for negotiating, contracting, and fulfilling their own agreements, including pricing, quality, delivery, warranties, and after-sales support.

• Accounts are created via one-time password (OTP) verification of a mobile number, or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any OTP codes confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• Vendor accounts additionally require submission of business verification documents (such as GSTIN, PAN, trade licence, or FSSAI certificate). BlueBeans reviews these documents, including an automated malware/virus scan, before a Vendor account is approved. Providing false or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate rejection or termination.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

• Buyers may post RFQs on BlueBeans free of charge.
• Every RFQ passes through an automated qualification process (covering, among other things, phone verification, form completeness, minimum budget threshold where applicable, and spam/ duplicate checks) before being made visible to Vendors. BlueBeans may reject, hold, or flag an RFQ that does not pass this process, at its discretion.
• A qualifying RFQ is broadcast to all Vendors currently eligible for its category and, where applicable, geography. BlueBeans does not guarantee any minimum number of quotes, response time, or outcome.
• Buyers are under no obligation to accept any quote received, and BlueBeans is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any quote.

• Vendors access RFQ leads through a paid subscription plan. Each plan grants a monthly quota of quotable leads and, depending on plan, a limited or unlimited set of cities. Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Once a Vendor's monthly quota is exhausted, they may continue to view RFQ details but cannot submit new quotes until the quota resets or the plan is upgraded, consistent with the plan terms shown at checkout.
• BlueBeans does not cap the number of Vendors who may see or quote on a given RFQ within a category or city, and does not guarantee any Vendor a minimum number of leads, quotes won, or revenue.
• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes submitted, including pricing, specifications, and any inclusions (installation, AMC, training, warranty) they represent.

Vendor subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. BlueBeans does not store your full payment card details. Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are as displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law; contact support@bluebeans.in for billing queries.

You agree not to:

• Post RFQs or quotes that are fraudulent, spam, or not made in good faith;
• Impersonate another person or business, or submit false verification documents;
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's qualification, quota, or verification mechanisms;
• Use the platform to collect contact details for purposes unrelated to a genuine RFQ; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security.

BlueBeans may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at its discretion and, where practicable, with notice.

The BlueBeans name, logo, and platform (excluding content submitted by Buyers and Vendors, which remains theirs) are the property of BlueBeans Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of the RFQ, quote, and business content you submit, and grant BlueBeans a licence to use, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the marketplace (for example, sharing an RFQ with eligible Vendors).

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the availability, accuracy, or reliability of listings, RFQs, quotes, or Vendor/ Buyer conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBeans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from any transaction, product, or service arranged between a Buyer and Vendor.

You may stop using BlueBeans and delete your account at any time from your account settings. BlueBeans may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BlueBeans will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of BlueBeans after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
